Day 1 -

Day 2 -
Departure to the next winery "Starosel”. Visiting of the complex, introduction to the secrets of wine making and tasting. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. The Sun, the wind and the rain, they are most favorable to the vineyards, allowing the grapes to reach the most favorable maturity and harmony. Thousand years ago in Starosel village were vineyards and wine was part of the daily life of local people, who knew his strength and is used in various rituals. Day 3 -
Departure to the winery Chateau "Windy Hills", who is located near the town of Sliven. It has massif of 420 acres of vineyards of high quality French seed varieties "Merlot", "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Shiraz" and "Muscat of Alexandria". The winery is designed to process 500 tons of grapes in a closed technological cycle. To answer the high requirements of the customers, Chateau "Windy Hills" developed several varieties of wine "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Merlot" and "Mavrud". The first series of the varieties of wines are "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Merlot" and "Mavrud". These wines are aged 3 to 12 months. The wines from this series are characterized by lively and brilliant ruby red color with intense aromas. The second series of wines are also varieties of "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Merlot" and "Mavrud". These wines are formed in small oak barrels "Barrick" for a period of 6 to 12 months. They are characterized by intense red color which capture light "brick" colors typical of old wines. The third series of wines are produced from specially selected grapes in terms of a precisely controlled alcoholic fermentation. Those aged in small new oak barrels "Barrick" for a period of 12 to 36 months, and then continue to further develop their qualities in terms of bottle aging.
The next winery for visit and degustation is "Minkov Brothers." Located about 15 km. from Karnobat city, on a hill, surrounded by magnificent vineyards. From centuries, in Karnobat area has raised the strongest and most flavorful grapes. The development of the region is connected with the history of wine in Bulgaria. Day 4-
After the degustation is provided walking tour in the Old Town of Nessebar.
Nessebar is one of the oldest cities in Europe, founded 3200 years ago. For the old history there are a numerous archeological finds, maintained in good condition today. The Old Nessebar is included in the UNESCO's World Heritage List. The greatest interest is the visit of the castle walls and towers; Archaeological Museum with its rich exposition of monuments showing the history of ancient and medieval Nessebar Crown; preserved early Byzantine baths, windmills, beautiful houses of Renaissance.
Visit and degustation in winery "Via Pontica" in Pomorie city. The winery was built in 1932.
A restored building of the cellar kept the spirit of the last century, and in the degustation room you can taste wines and beverages produced in two of the leading Bulgarian wineries -

Day 5-
Visit and degustation in the wine cellar "Castra Rubra ', located in Kolarovo village, near Harmanli city.
The ancient road Via Diagonalis, who has had major economic significance and connecting Europe with the Orient, Rome with Constantinople, is passing from here. There are perfect conditions for growing the best grapes -
Transfer to Haskovo city and accommodation.

Then visit and degustation in the winery "Zagreus'', located near the town of Plovdiv, in the heart of the Upper Thracian Plain. The oldest vines were planted in 1998 year, and the youngest in 2008. The region here enters into the zone of longest periods of sunshine, which is on average 2,293 hours.
The varieties grown are Mavrud, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. There is wines Vinnitsa, Vinnitsa Small, White Mavrud Premium Reserve, Tiara, St. Demetrius and others .The winery has modern equipment and room for aging, where in 500 barrels mature the most prestigious wines.
Transfer and accommodation in Plovdiv.
Day 7 City tour in Plovdiv – southern Bulgaria's capital and second largest city. Plovdiv is an important cultural and historical center, located in the Thracian Valley, where preserved Thracian tradition of wine production. Visit the old city part with Ancient Roman theatre, Ethnographic Museum, Dzhumaya Mosque, Lamartin’s House, Museum of Bulgarian Revival, and Roman Stadium.
Take a walk on the main pedestrian street in the city center and enjoy the Renaissance European spirit.
Visit and degustation in “Todoroff” wine cellar, located in Brestovitsa village, near Plovdiv city.
“ Todoroff ” is the first boutique cellar in Bulgaria, the inheritor of rich culture, traditions and inspiration, coming back from the centuries. The winery is specialized in producing of high quality red wines boutique series and in limited quantities. Its capacity is about 240 tons. There is also and 4* boutique Spa hotel, where every room, studio and hall are with different design decision and bring an artistic signature. In the hotel is a unique Spa center which offers a program based on products from grape and wine extracts. Accommodation in hotel and gourmet dinner.
Day 8 After breakfast will be a visit and degustation in the winery "Bessa Valley”.
